I don’t believe in diets or workout ‘trends’. I do believe in setting realistic goals that you can maintain.

Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I spent 10 years working in Design, Brand and Marketing, including roles at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and as a Lecturer at a University in Southern California.

On my return to the UK, I realised I wanted more than a desk job. Fitness had always been a huge part of my life so I decided to follow my heart and embark on a new adventure. Combining my talents in teaching and fitness, together with my love of branding, I trained to qualify as a Personal Trainer.

I know how difficult it can be to juggle full-time work with training, but it is achievable.

Fitness and good nutrition are the most accessible paths toward self-improvement, health and confidence. Everyone should look forward to their training sessions and feel physically and mentally energised afterwards. I can provide a personalised strategy to help you harmonise your busy life and fitness goals.
