I don’t believe in fad diets, workout ‘trends’ or quick fixes. I do believe in setting realistic goals that you can maintain in the long-term and to build long-lasting healthier habits.
Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I spent 10 years working in Design, Brand and Marketing, including roles at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and as a Lecturer at a private University in Southern California.
On my return to the UK, I realised I wanted more than a corporate desk job. Fitness had always been an integral part of my life so I decided to follow my heart and embark on a new adventure. Combining my talents in teaching and fitness, together with my love for Branding and Communications, I trained to qualify as a Personal Trainer and now run my successful business in the heart of Chiswick, West London.
I know how difficult it can be to juggle full-time work with training, but it is achievable. I know how hard it is to stay motivated when you can think of EVERY excuse not to exercise, but that’s where I come in to help you stay accountable to your goals. I know what it feels like to deal with chronic stress, depression, burnout and overwhelm, because I’ve been there and I found a way out of it.
In April 2021 I became a mum for the first time and so I also have first-hand experience of what all my mum clients go through day in, day out - the #mumguilt. The constant juggle of different roles can be overwhelming - from work commitments to family life and household chores…oh, and being A MUM! There is very little time left for self-care, let alone exercise. But help is at hand, as I will show you that it is possible to prioritise YOU.
Fitness and good nutrition are the most accessible paths toward self-improvement, health and confidence. Everyone should look forward to their training sessions and feel physically and mentally energised afterwards. I provide all my clients with a personalised strategy to help them harmonise their busy lives and fitness goals, as well as educate them with the knowledge to build self-confidence and become the best version of themselves.
My mantra for Say Fitness has always been to empower people to lead a more adventurous, joyful and fulfilling life. I want to arm you with the tools to have greater autonomy over your health and wellness. After all, we only have only one body in this life – let’s look after it.
I look forward to helping YOU on your health and fitness journey.
