I started seeing Yasmine to get back in shape after my second child. She is very patient and quick to adapt her teaching specifically to your personal goals. I found that each week was very different and so we weren’t left doing the same things week after week. She was also able to fully utilise all of the various pieces of equipment in the gym, some of which I had no idea what they were used for! She was very knowledgeable and has definitely helped me to improve my technique for a number of different exercises.
